- Communication records (WhatsApp messages, emails)

We collect this information to:
- Deliver the resume writing service you have ordered
- Communicate with you about your order status
- Process payment for our services
- Respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form or WhatsApp
- Improve our services based on client feedback
4. How Long We Keep It
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver your service and for a period of 12 months thereafter, in case of revision requests or follow-up enquiries. After this period, your data is securely deleted unless you have given us ongoing consent to retain it.
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:
- Yoco — for payment processing (their privacy policy governs their use of your payment data)
- Make.com / Notion — internal workflow tools used to manage your order (data is not used beyond service delivery)
